1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Is the LED indicator on the USB output button lighting up normally?
3. If the USB output port fails to power your device, please let us know the device’s name, model number, and power consumption (in watts).
4. In this case, please check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any unusual symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station: press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
6. Please confirm whether your device can be charged using its original cable.
7. Also, please test whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
