- Is the LED indicator on the USB output button illuminated?
- If the USB output port fails to power your device, please provide the product name, model number, and power rating (in watts) of the device you are using.
- Check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
- After disconnecting your device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station: press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The display will briefly show “8888” before returning to the normal screen — this confirms the reset is complete.
- Verify whether your device can be charged using its original charging cable.
- Also check whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
