If you could share a photo or video showing the product defect, we would be able to assist you more promptly.
1. Please check whether the battery is sufficiently charged.
2. Check whether the LED indicator on the USB output button is illuminated.
3. If the portable power station fails to supply power via the USB output port, could you please let us know the make and model of the connected device, its type, and its power rating (in watts)?
4. At the time of the issue, did the portable power station’s LCD display show any unusual symbols or error messages? Please confirm.
5. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, please reset the portable power station and then try supplying power again.
To reset: Press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will briefly display “8888”, then return to the normal interface — the reset is now complete.
6. Please confirm whether you are using the device’s original charging cable.
7. Also, please verify whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
