1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Is the LED indicator on the USB output button illuminated?
3. If the USB output port fails to power your device, please let us know the device’s name, model number, and power rating (in watts).
4. Also, please check whether any warning symbols or error messages appear on the portable power station’s LCD display.
5. After disconnecting your device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station: press and hold the DISPLAY button for 10 seconds until “8888” briefly appears on screen, then returns to the normal interface — this confirms a successful reset.
6. Please verify whether your device charges correctly using its original charging cable.
7. Finally, please test whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
