We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. To help determine whether this is a product fault, please follow the troubleshooting steps below. If you could also share a photo or video showing the issue displayed on the screen, we’d be better able to assist you.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. There may be a poor connection — please try unplugging and reinserting the cable several times.
2. When connecting the charging cable to the power station, please check whether the car cigarette lighter charging icon appears on the LCD screen.
3. With the charging cable inserted, please verify whether the LCD screen displays an “Input” power value.
4. Please check whether any warning indicators (e.g., overheating) or error codes appear on the LCD screen.
5. Please ensure the ambient temperature during charging falls within the power station’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
6. Please confirm that your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket supplies at least 12 V / 10 A / 120 W. If the output is insufficient, the socket’s overload protection may activate, preventing charging.
