Unable to charge from the cigarette lighter socket

Troubleshooting checklist:
1. There may be a loose connection — please unplug and reinsert the cable several times.
2. When connecting the charging cable to the portable power station, please check whether the “car cigarette lighter charging” icon appears on the LCD screen.
3. With the charging cable connected, please verify whether the LCD screen displays an “Input” power value.
4. Please check whether any warning symbols (e.g., overheating) or error codes appear on the LCD screen.
5. Please ensure the ambient temperature during charging is within the portable power station’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
6. Please confirm that your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket supplies at least 12 V / 10 A / 120 W. If the output is insufficient, the socket’s overload protection may activate, preventing charging.
