Checklist:
1. There may be a poor connection — please try unplugging and reinserting the cable several times.
2. When connecting the charging cable to the portable power station, please check whether the LCD screen displays the car cigarette lighter charging icon.
3. With the charging cable inserted, please confirm whether the LCD screen shows an “Input” power value.
4. Please check whether any warning indicators (e.g., overheating) or error codes appear on the LCD screen.
5. Please ensure the ambient temperature during charging falls within the portable power station’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
6. Please verify that your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket supplies sufficient output — specifically, 12 V / 10 A / 120 W. If the output is insufficient, the socket’s overload protection may activate, preventing charging.
