Troubleshooting checklist:
1. There may be a poor connection — please unplug and reinsert the cable several times.
2. When connecting the charging cable to the power station, check whether the cigarette lighter charging icon appears on the LCD screen.
3. With the charging cable connected, verify whether the LCD screen displays an “Input” power value.
4. Check whether any warning symbols (e.g., overheating) or error codes appear on the LCD screen.
5. Ensure the ambient temperature during charging is within the device’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
6. Confirm that your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket supplies at least 12 V / 10 A / 120 W. If the output is insufficient, the socket’s overload protection may activate, preventing charging.
