We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. To help determine whether this is a product fault, please follow the troubleshooting steps below. If you are able to share photos or a short video showing the issue, it will greatly assist us in providing more accurate guidance.
Troubleshooting checklist:
1. There may be a poor connection — please try unplugging and reinserting the cable several times.
2. While the charging cable is connected, please check whether an “Input” value (in watts) is displayed.
3. Please check the LCD screen for any warning indicators — for example, overheating.
4. Please ensure the ambient temperature during charging falls within the portable power station’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
5. Please verify that your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket provides a stable output of 12 V / 10 A / 120 W. If the output is insufficient, the socket’s built-in overload protection may activate, preventing charging.
