We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. To help determine whether the unit is experiencing a fault, please work through the following troubleshooting steps. If possible, sending us a photo or video showing the issue will enable us to assist you more effectively.
Checklist:
1. There may be a poor connection — please unplug and reinsert the cable several times.
2. When connecting the charging cable to the portable power station, please check whether the cigarette lighter charging icon appears on the LCD screen.
3. With the charging cable connected, please verify whether an input power value (in watts) is displayed under “Input”.
4. Please check whether any warning symbols — such as an overheating indicator — or error codes appear on the LCD screen.
5. Please ensure the ambient temperature during charging falls within the portable power station’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
6. Please confirm that your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket provides a stable output of 12 V / 10 A / 120 W. If the output is insufficient, the socket’s overload protection may activate, preventing charging.
