We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. To help determine whether this is a product fault, please follow the troubleshooting steps below. If you could also share a photo or video clearly showing the issue, we’ll be able to assist you more effectively.
Troubleshooting checklist:
1. Intermittent connection may be the cause — please try unplugging and reinserting the cable several times.
2. When connecting the charging cable to the power station, please check whether the LCD screen displays the car cigarette lighter charging icon.
3. With the charging cable connected, please verify whether the LCD screen shows an “Input” power value.
4. Check whether any warning symbols (e.g., overheating) or error codes appear on the LCD screen.
5. Ensure the ambient temperature during charging falls within the power station’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
6. Confirm that your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket supplies a stable 12 V / 10 A / 120 W output. Insufficient output may trigger the socket’s overload protection, preventing charging.
