We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. To help determine whether this is a product fault, please follow the troubleshooting steps below. If you are able to share photos or a short video showing the issue, it will greatly assist us in providing accurate guidance.
Troubleshooting checklist:
1. There may be a poor connection — please try unplugging and reinserting the cable several times.
2. While the charging cable is connected, please check whether the “Input” value (in watts) is displayed.
3. Check the LCD screen for any warning indicators — for example, an overtemperature alert.
4. Ensure the ambient temperature during charging is within the portable power station’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
5. Verify that your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket supplies sufficient power — specifically, 12 V / 10 A / 120 W. If the output is insufficient, the socket’s overload protection may activate, preventing charging.
