We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If you have not altered your original wiring setup or changed the solar panel and power station, yet the solar input no longer functions as before and displays 0 W, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to further isolate the issue:
1.Check whether the connection between the solar panel cables is loose. Unplug and firmly reconnect them to see if this resolves the issue, as loose cables can cause poor contact.
2.Try charging the power station via the AC cable to confirm whether the unit operates normally. This step helps determine if there is a problem with the DC7909 input port on the power station.
3.Inspect the box on the solar panel charging cable (which has USB‑A and USB‑C output ports). On a sunny day, connect a phone to see if it can charge. This tests whether the solar panel’s input side is working. For older models without this box on the solar cable, you may skip this step.
Please let us know the results of each check above so we can provide you with further assistance.
We look forward to your reply.
