Unable to charge from solar power (never worked)

We apologize that you encountered this issue when first attempting to connect the solar panel to the power station.



Our initial concern is that the issue may lie in cable compatibility. Please verify the model numbers of both the power station and solar panel using your order details and product nameplates. Please note that the E1000 and its upgraded version, the E1000 V2, have similar names but different port compatibility:



The E1000 requires compatibility with the DC7909 interface (the DC8020 will not work).



The E1000 V2 connects to the solar panel via a DC8020 Port.



To help distinguish them visually: the DC7909 port has a black inner ring, whereas the DC8020 port is entirely silver.


Additionally, another possibility is the placement of the solar panel. To avoid the solar panel not discharging effectively, please ensure the following:



Place the solar panel in direct sunlight, avoiding any shade from trees, buildings, or other objects.



Adjust the panel to face the sun at an optimal angle (generally perpendicular to the sun's rays).



Make sure the panel is clean and free of dust, dirt, or snow.



If placed indoors (e.g., behind a window), note that glass can significantly reduce efficiency. Outdoor placement is strongly recommended for optimal performance.



Check the weather conditions — heavy cloud cover or rain will reduce power output.
