We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If your device is charging slowly, we recommend checking the following steps in order:
1. Check the current charge level
Please check the device’s current state of charge (SOC). If it is above 95%, the device will automatically switch to a protective “trickle charge” status, using a very low current to complete the final stage of charging. This is a normal operating state designed to prevent overcharging and extend battery life. During this stage, charging power will decrease significantly until it stops.
2. Confirm the ambient temperature
Lithium-ion battery performance is significantly affected by temperature. Please ensure the device’s current ambient temperature is between 20°C and 35°C. If the temperature is below or above this range, the charging speed will be actively reduced by the battery protection mechanism. This is normal behavior and not a device fault.
3. Ensure temperature adaptation
If the device has just been moved from a very cold or hot environment indoors (approx. 25°C), do not charge it immediately. We recommend letting it sit for at least 4 hours to allow the internal cell temperature to stabilize at room temperature before attempting to charge again.
If the issue persists after completing all the steps above, please provide a video of about 30 seconds that clearly shows the device’s charging status in AC mode (e.g., displaying charging power or speed). This will help us analyze the situation more accurately and provide you with further assistance.
