Unable to charge fully from the outlet

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Press and hold both the power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds to reset the device. Then, charge the portable power station using the AC charging cable for at least 30 minutes, and check whether it can now charge fully.
