We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please connect the AC charging cable to the device and check whether the LCD screen lights up within 1 minute. If it does not, record a short video demonstrating that the device remains completely unresponsive and send it to us. If the LCD screen does light up, please proceed with the following steps:
1. Reset the device
Press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset was successful.
2. Check the AC charging cable connection
Unplug the AC charging cable completely, then firmly reconnect it. Verify whether charging has resumed.
3. Check your local mains voltage
If your household supply voltage falls below 220 V, charging may not initiate — this is in line with the device’s technical specifications. Have you recently noticed voltage fluctuations in your area (e.g., lights dimming or flickering)?
4. Ensure suitable ambient temperature
The unit must be operated within its specified input temperature range: 0 °C to 40 °C.
5. Confirm the AC charging icon is displayed
Check that the AC charging symbol appears on the display screen.
If the issue persists, please record a short video clearly showing the INPUT (W) value displayed on screen. Should an error code appear (e.g., F1, F2, or an over-temperature warning), please let us know the exact message shown.
(Kindly ensure the screen content is fully visible in your recording.)
We’ll be happy to assist you further.
