We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please connect the AC charging cable to the device and check whether the LCD screen lights up within 1 minute. If it does not, record a short video demonstrating that the device remains completely unresponsive and send it to us. If the LCD screen does light up, please proceed with the following steps:
1. Reset the device
Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
2. Check the charging cable connection
Unplug the AC charging cable, then firmly reconnect it. Verify whether charging has commenced.
3. Check your mains voltage
If your household supply voltage falls below 220 V, charging may not initiate, as per the device’s specifications. Have you recently experienced voltage fluctuations in your area (e.g., lights flickering or dimming intermittently)?
4. Confirm ambient temperature
Ensure the operating environment is within the unit’s specified input temperature range: 0 °C to 40 °C.
5. Verify the AC charging indicator
Check that the AC charging icon is displayed on the screen.
If the issue persists, please share a short video clearly showing the INPUT (W) value displayed on the screen. If an error code appears (e.g., F1, F2, or an overtemperature warning), please let us know the exact code shown.
(Kindly ensure the display is clearly visible in the video.)
We’ll be happy to assist you further.
