We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please connect the AC charging cable to the device and check whether the LCD screen lights up within 1 minute. If it does not, record a short video demonstrating that the device remains completely unresponsive and send it to us. If the LCD screen does light up, please proceed with the following steps:
1. Reset the device
Press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
2. Check the charging cable connection
Unplug the AC charging cable, then firmly reinsert it. Verify whether charging has resumed.
3. Check your mains voltage
If the supply voltage in your home is below 220 V, charging may not initiate — this is in line with the device’s technical specifications. Have you recently experienced voltage fluctuations in your area (e.g., lights dimming or flickering)?
4. Ensure suitable ambient temperature
The device must be operated within its specified input temperature range: 0 °C to 40 °C.
5. Confirm the AC charging icon is displayed
Check that the AC charging symbol appears on the display screen.
If the issue persists, please share a short video clearly showing the INPUT (W) value displayed on the screen. If an error code appears (e.g., F1, F2, or an overtemperature warning), please let us know the exact code shown.
(Ensure the screen content is clearly visible in the video.)
We’ll be happy to assist you further.
