We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please connect the AC charging cable to the device and check whether the LCD screen lights up within 1 minute. If it does not, record a short video demonstrating that the device remains completely unresponsive and send it to us. If the LCD screen does light up, please proceed with the following steps:
1. Reset the device.
Press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
2. Ensure the charging cable is securely connected: unplug the AC charging cable, then firmly reinsert it, and verify whether charging has commenced.
3. If the mains voltage in your area falls below 220 V, charging may not initiate, as this is outside the specified operating range. Have you noticed voltage fluctuations in your area—for example, lights dimming or brightening intermittently?
4. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the power station’s rated input temperature range (0 °C to 40 °C).
5. Confirm that the AC charging icon is displayed on the screen.
If the issue persists, please share a short video showing the INPUT (W) value displayed on the screen. Should an error code appear (e.g., F1, F2, or an overtemperature indicator), please let us know the exact code shown.
(Kindly ensure the display is clearly visible in the video.)
We’ll be happy to assist you further.
