We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please connect the AC charging cable to the device and check whether the LCD screen lights up within 1 minute. If it does not, record a short video demonstrating that the device remains completely unresponsive and send it to us. If the LCD screen does light up, please proceed with the following steps:
1. Reset the device
Press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will briefly display “8888”, then return to the normal screen — this indicates the reset is complete.
2. Ensure the charging cable is securely connected
Unplug the AC charging cable, then firmly reconnect it. Check whether charging has commenced.
3. If the mains voltage in your area falls below 220 V, charging may not start, as this is outside the specified operating range.
Have you noticed voltage instability in your area (e.g., lights flickering or dimming intermittently)?
4. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the unit’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
5. Confirm that the AC charging icon is displayed on the screen.
If the issue persists, please share a short video clearly showing the INPUT (W) value displayed on the screen. Should an error code appear (e.g., F1, F2, or an over-temperature warning), please let us know the exact code shown.
(Kindly ensure the screen display is clearly visible in the video.)
We’ll be happy to assist you further.
The display shows nothing
