We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please connect the AC charging cable to the device and check whether the LCD screen lights up within 1 minute. If it does not, record a short video demonstrating that the device remains completely unresponsive and send it to us. If the LCD screen does light up, please proceed with the following steps:
1. Try pressing and holding the DISPLAY button for 10 seconds to reset the unit.
2. Always use the original charger supplied with your device. Using non-compatible chargers may cause issues—for example, the E240 charger is not compatible with the E500 or E1000 models.
3. If possible, try charging via a car charger. If the unit charges successfully using the car charger, this suggests the original charger may be faulty.
4. Ensure the ambient temperature falls within the portable power station’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
If the issue persists, please share a short video showing:
– the status of your adapter’s indicator light, and
– the INPUT indicator light on the power station.
