Please ensure the following:
1. Try pressing and holding the DISPLAY button for 10 seconds to reset the unit.
2. Use only the original charger supplied with your device; using non-compatible chargers (e.g., the E240 charger cannot charge the E500 or E1000) may cause charging issues.
3. If possible, try charging via a car charger. If the unit charges successfully using the car charger, this suggests the original charger may be faulty.
4. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the portable power station’s operating input temperature range (0 °C to 40 °C).
If the issue persists, please share a short video showing the status of both the adapter’s indicator light and the INPUT LED on the power station. Also, let us know the date when you last used the portable power station normally, along with the remaining battery level at that time — we’ll be happy to assist you further.
