Please follow these steps:
1. Try pressing and holding the DISPLAY button for 10 seconds to reset the unit.
2. Always use the original charger supplied with your device. Using non-compatible chargers (e.g., the E240 charger) may result in charging failure — the E240 charger is not compatible with the E500 or E1000 models.
3. If possible, try charging via a car charger. If the unit charges successfully using the car charger, this suggests the original charger may be faulty.
4. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the portable power station’s operating input range (0 °C to 40 °C).
If the issue persists, please share a short video showing the status of both the adapter’s indicator light and the INPUT LED on the power station. Also, let us know the date you last used the portable power station and the remaining battery level at that time — we’ll be happy to assist you further.
