Please ensure the following when charging your device via AC power:
1. Reset the device
Press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The display will briefly show “8888”, then return to the normal screen — this indicates the reset is complete.
2. Check the AC charging cable connection
Unplug the AC charging cable, then firmly reinsert it. Confirm whether charging resumes.
3. Verify your mains supply voltage
Charging may not initiate if the household supply voltage falls below 220 V, as specified in the product’s technical requirements. Have you recently experienced voltage fluctuations in your area — for example, lights dimming or brightening intermittently?
4. Ensure ambient temperature is within the unit’s operating range
The ambient temperature must be between 0 °C and 40 °C.
5. Confirm the AC charging icon is displayed on screen
If charging still does not commence, please share a short video clearly showing the INPUT (W) value displayed on the screen. Should an error code appear (e.g., F1, F2, or an over-temperature warning), please let us know the exact code shown.
