We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please ensure the following when charging your device via AC power:
1. Reset the device
Press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will briefly display “8888”, then return to the normal screen — this indicates the reset is complete.
2. Ensure the charging cable is securely connected
Unplug the AC charging cable, then firmly reinsert it. Check whether charging has started.
3. If the mains voltage in your area falls below 220 V, charging may not commence, as this is outside the device’s specified operating range.
Have you experienced voltage instability in your area (e.g., lights flickering or dimming intermittently)?
4. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the unit’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
5. Confirm that the AC charging icon is displayed on the screen.
If the issue persists, please share a short video clearly showing the INPUT (W) value displayed on the screen. Should an error code appear (e.g., F1, F2, or an over-temperature indicator), please let us know the exact code shown.
(Kindly ensure the screen display is clearly visible in the video.)
We’ll be happy to provide further assistance.
