How can I return a Jackery product?

Prior authorisation from our company is required for returns of Jackery products.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorisation. Please note this.
If you wish to make a return, please prepare the following documents and contact our customer service at: hello.eu@jackery.com
Proof of your purchase from the official online shop, from our company, or from an authorised distributor (e.g. order number, invoice, etc.).
Once we have approved the return, we will contact you and inform you of the next steps for the return procedure.
