What to do if the packaging is damaged?

Upon receipt of the package, please be sure to follow these steps:

If the outer packaging is damaged: Take photos immediately as evidence and refuse the package without delay.

If the package has already been delivered or no damage to the packaging is visible: Be sure to keep the outer packaging and take photos of the following items as proof:

– Shipping label
– Top and all sides of the outer packaging
– Condition of the inner protective packaging
– Contact surface between the item and the packaging
– Overall view of the damage
