In general, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 working days after being placed (excluding pre-orders), although the exact delivery speed may vary depending on the logistics provider. If you will be unavailable to receive your order for a certain period after it has been dispatched, please contact our support team at hello.eu@jackery.com before placing your order. At your request, we can temporarily “freeze” your order and start shipping it at a time of your choosing, to best accommodate your availability.
