Unfortunately, our membership points cannot be used directly for purchases.
However, you can exchange points for vouchers, gift cards, Jackery products, or other interesting rewards.
(Procedure: Log in to the Account Centre → Click on “Points” → Go to the “Redeem” page)
Points collected on the official website can be exchanged for the following items:
1. Vouchers
– Discount vouchers (“Discount on the total amount”): Valid for 14 days after redemption; not combinable with other offers (including promotions and vouchers); valid for all items except new releases; no minimum order value applies; enter the redemption code and the associated email address when ordering.
– Percentage discount vouchers: Valid for 14 days after receipt; not combinable with other offers (including promotions and vouchers); valid for all items except new releases, portable solar panels, and refurbished products; minimum order value required; enter the voucher code and the associated email address when ordering.
– Gift vouchers: No minimum order value; valid for 14 days after receipt; add item to the shopping cart and enter the voucher code and associated email address at checkout.
2. Gift cards
– Conversion rate: 100 points = €1; available in denominations of €10, €15, €20, €30, €40, and €50; no minimum order value; valid for 14 days after receipt; only one gift card redeemable per order; valid for all products; combinable with other offers; can be given as a gift to third parties.
3. Jackery products
– Valid for 14 days after receipt; redeemable for a single product only; enter the redemption code and associated email address when ordering.
4. Other rewards
