This is an upgrade programme where you can trade in your old Jackery device for a new one and receive a corresponding gift card as a discount.

Upgrade process (4 steps):
Step 1: Fill out the form – Complete the online questionnaire for assessment; Jackery will then send you an offer for the value of your current device.
Step 2: Shipping – You will receive an email with confirmation details and a return label to send back your old device.
Step 3: Assessment – The Jackery team will physically inspect the device and then send you the final assessment offer.
Step 4: Receive gift card – Jackery will email you the gift card; you can use this at any time to purchase Jackery products.
