Clamp Mounting
- Use metal clamps to secure modules to mounting rails
- Clamp specifications:
- Width: ≥ 50mm
- Thickness: ≥ 3mm
- Material: Aluminum alloy 6063-T5
- Bolt: Stainless steel M8, torque 18–24 N·m
- Clamp must overlap the frame by 8mm to 12mm
- Do not block drainage holes or touch the glass
Bolt Mounting
- Fix modules through pre-drilled holes on the rear frame flange
- Bolt specifications:
- M8 or M6 stainless steel
- Use washers and spring washers
- Recommended torque:
- M8: 15–20 N·m
- M6: 8–12 N·m
Rail Mounting
- Rails can be installed parallel or perpendicular to the module's long frame
- Rail must overlap the frame by at least 20mm
- Recommended clearance between module bottom and ground/roof: ≥ 1m
Electrical Installation
