Car charger cannot charge

Troubleshooting steps:

① Please ensure that the car charging cable is securely connected to both the car cigarette lighter and the energy storage power supply (charging port).

② Check whether the car cigarette lighter output meets 12V/10A/120W (insufficient power may trigger protection and prevent charging).

③ It is recommended to charge while driving for a more stable performance (engine power supply voltage is about 14V).
